SHIPPING INFORMATION:

MINIMUM ORDER FOR PREPAID FREIGHT:

Prepaid freight applies to all orders over $1,500 being shipped to a contiguous United States address. Orders under $1,500 will be charged per our shipping rate schedule. Prepaid Freight is done via ground service through a carrier of our choice. Prepaid Freight does not apply to customers in AK, HI, PR or international destinations; however we do offer affordable shipping rates to these locations.

FOB: Nashville, TN

RETURNS POLICY:

• Return authorization is required on defective merchandise.

• Replacements will be shipped to cover defective merchandise.

• No return of any merchandise will be accepted without prior approval from OSN. In order to make a return, please call or email us to obtain RMA #. Returns sent without RMA # will be subject to a 20% Restocking/research fee.

• Return shipments must be prepaid.

• Dealers account will be credited for the amount of the returned merchandise.

CANCELING AN ORDER:

Once an order is placed, it cannot be cancelled, however it can be returned. Please see our return policy for instructions on how to return an item or order. Address Corrections: When placing your order, please verify that your shipping address is complete and correct. An incorrect shipping address will delay your package and will cause the shipping carrier to charge us a $5 address correction fee on each box shipped to that incorrect address. In order to recover the cost of the correction, we will charge your credit card the amount of the address correction.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS:

We will be happy to ship an order to any international destination; however, the customer will be responsible for the cost of shipping as well as all duties and taxes charged at the time of importation. Duties and taxes not paid when you receive your order will be billed back to you on the credit card your original order was charged to. By Federal Law, we are required to follow all export laws with respect to declaration and customs documentation.

TRANSIT:

Do not accept damaged cartons unless product is inspected in the presence of the carrier’s employee.

CLAIMS:

Damage claims must be filed directly with the carrier for concealed damage.
